General questions

How much does a key cost?

Each pro plugin and theme key is a one-time $20 payment. It works forever on one domain, includes 6 months of updates, then updates are $5 per year.

How do I get my key?

Order on the Buy page and choose how to pay. Your key arrives by email.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. Use the live demo site, and click See the Dashboard on any plugin on the Plugins page for a read-only demo login.

Do you give refunds?

No refunds. The demos are exactly like the software, so please try first. See the License Terms | FAQ.

How do I install a plugin?

In WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. Choose the zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.

How do I install a theme?

In WordPress go to Appearance, Themes, Add New, Upload Theme. Choose the zip, then Activate.

Raatt's Poll Pro

What does it do?

Polls and surveys for any WordPress site, added with a block or a shortcode, with live results. It supports single or multiple choice, text, image or video answers, start and end dates, vote limits, captcha, an IP ban list, extra form fields and CSV export.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Nothing else.

How do I install it?

Upload the zip under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, then Activate. Without a key it runs as a limited version with one basic poll. A key unlocks everything.

Raatt's Classified Ads Pro

What does it do?

Adds six features to the Classified Listing plugin: grid and list view switcher, mark as sold with a Sold badge, quick view pop-up, compare listings, map view, and top and bump-up promotions.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and the free Classified Listing plugin version 6.1.5 or newer.

How do I install it?

Install and activate Classified Listing first. Then upload the Classified Ads Pro zip under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and Activate. All six features stay locked until a key is entered, and each one can be switched on or off.

Raatt's Radius Booking SMS Text Appointment Reminder Add-on

What does it do?

Sends customers a text when they book, when the booking is confirmed, and a reminder before the appointment. It never sends the same text twice and has a reminder email fallback.

What do I need?

Radius Booking Pro, the Texty plugin, and a Texty text gateway such as Texty httpSMS Gateway.

How do I install it?

Set up Radius Booking and Texty first. Then upload the add-on zip under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and Activate. It sends no texts until a key is entered.

Texty httpSMS Gateway

What does it do?

Adds httpSMS as a text gateway in the Texty plugin, so your site's texts are sent from your own Android phone and phone number.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 8.0 or newer, the Texty plugin, an httpSMS account and an Android phone with the httpSMS app.

How do I install it?

Upload the zip under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and Activate. Then set it up in Texty, Settings, httpSMS.

Raatt's Classified Ads

What does it do?

A simple, standalone classified ads section. Visitors post ads from the front end, with user accounts, favorites, a seller contact form, search by keyword, category and location, and ads that expire automatically. It includes Raatt's Text Reminder Plugin for text alerts.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.2 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. No other plugins.

How do I install it?

Upload the zip under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and Activate.

Raatt's Theme for Elementor

What is it?

A plain, lightweight starter theme with Elementor support built in. No clutter, no upsells.

How do I install it?

Go to Appearance, Themes, Add New, Upload Theme, choose the zip, then Activate. Open any page in Elementor and start building. The zip is about 23 MB. If your host's upload limit is smaller, ask them to raise it, or upload the unzipped folder by FTP to wp-content/themes.

Rock Bands Classified Ads Theme

What is it?

A bands-for-hire directory theme. Bands list themselves, and visitors find bands near them with distance sorting and a map. It has booking inquiries, a Live Shows page, a band dashboard, admin moderation, and can offer text reminders.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.2 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.

How do I install it?

Upload the zip in WordPress and Activate, the same way as the other Raatt themes and plugins.

CPWHM control panel

What is it?

Raatt's control panel and web host manager, with hosting control, billing, the Raatt look and pages, a File Manager, and optional live chat. Try the live demo.

What do I need?

A clean Debian 12 VPS with root access. Never a shared hosting server or a live production box.

How do I install it?

Read install/00-prereqs.md.
As root, run install/01-install-hestia.sh. This sets up the panel engine.
Install billing with install/02-install-fossbilling.md, or install/02b-fossbilling-on-shared-hosting.md for a billing-only subdomain.
Apply the Raatt look and pages: run ui/install.sh, then branding/apply-branding.sh, then patches/apply-csrf-allowlist.sh.
Turn on the File Manager: run install/07-file-manager.sh. Users get a Files button and only see their own home folder.
Optional live chat: run install/04-optional-tawk-chat.sh.
Check it: run install/06-e2e-smoke.sh and follow TEST-PLAN.md.
If port 8083 is blocked by your host firewall, serve the panel through a reverse proxy on port 443.
