Who we are
This website, rwh.bz, is run by Reliable Website Hosting (brand name Raatt), owned and operated by Matt Faler in the United States. For any privacy question, email fulfillment@rwh.bz. If you need our postal mailing address, email us and we will send it to you.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, the details you enter on the order form, and the payment method you choose. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin and Check. Payments made through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. We never see or store card or bank account numbers. For Bitcoin we keep the transaction ID you send us, and for checks we keep the payer name and check number.
- When you download a product (including the Voice to Open App Module when provided at no charge for certified blind individuals): the website address where you plan to install it and your email address.
- When you register a product with a license key: the time, the last 4 characters of the key, your email, your country and region, and a scrambled form of your IP address, never the full IP address.
- When you contact support or create a support account: the details you send us.
- Website statistics: we use Matomo, an analytics tool that we host on our own server. Matomo on this site does not use cookies, and it masks the last 2 bytes of your IP address before anything is saved, so the full address is never stored. The statistics data stays on our own server and is not shared with Google or any other analytics company. We use it only to count visits, pages viewed and downloads.
- Cookies: this site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a short-lived cookie when you log in or leave a comment, which is needed for those features to work.
How we use it
To deliver your license key and downloads, provide updates and support, prevent misuse of license keys, keep records of payments, and answer your questions. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only when it is needed to complete your order (for example, the payment service you choose), when the law requires it, or to protect against fraud or misuse of a license key.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. License and registration records are kept for as long as your license is active, so we can provide updates and support. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to help you. Website statistics are kept in masked, non-identifying form.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing fulfillment@rwh.bz. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept for legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children
This site sells software to businesses and website owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Raatt’s Password Manager sync
If you use Raatt’s Password Manager cloud sync, our sync server at rwh.bz stores only an encrypted vault blob tied to your personal sync token, plus basic server logs (time and IP) needed to run the service. We cannot read the contents of your vault. Your master password never reaches our servers. You may ask us to delete your sync data by emailing fulfillment@rwh.bz and we will remove the encrypted blob for your token.
