Acceptable Use Policy

This covers VPS hosting from rwh.bz, cpwhm.com and softwaresync.us. It’s your VPS and your space, but a few things are not allowed because they put the network and other customers at risk.

You may not use your VPS for:

1. Child sexual abuse material of any kind. We report it to authorities and terminate immediately, without warning.
2. Anything illegal under United States or Florida law.
3. Malware, viruses, ransomware, or tools meant to break into other systems.
4. Crypto mining.
5. Spam or unsolicited bulk email.
6. Phishing or fake login pages.
7. Torrents or file sharing that hammer bandwidth.
8. Launching DDoS attacks or any attack on other networks.
9. Anything that causes a DMCA strike against us or gets our IP addresses blacklisted.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your service. Serious violations are terminated immediately. No refunds.
